Mondoshawans entrust a weapon to combat cyclic evil. In 2263, Earth faces annihilation. Leeloo, crucial to the weapon, is rebuilt. With ex-soldier Korben Dallas, they seek missing stones, encountering chaos on a luxury trip to Fhloston.

During a concert, Zorg and Mangalores attack. Dallas retrieves the stones amid chaos. Zorg triggers a bomb. Dallas saves Leeloo, fleeing with allies.

At an ancient temple, they activate the stones, but Leeloo hesitates. Dallas professes love, restoring her resolve. Combining stones’ power, Leeloo defeats evil. Hailed heroes, Leeloo and Dallas celebrate their victory and love amid cheers.
